All apartment homes include at no additional charge:

• Full size washer and dryer
• Electric Fireplaces
• Additional storage area on select units

Additional Fees and Deposits:

Application fee: $35.00 (single person)
$55.00 (if applying as a married couple)

*Application fee is non-refundable

Security Deposit: $350.00 ($100.00 is non-refundable)

Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions may apply.

Pet Rent: $25.00 Per Pet
Pet Deposit: $350.00 ($150.00 is non-refundable)

Carports: $35.00
Private Garage: $100.00

Short Term Lease: The shortest lease term offered at the Waterways is 6 months.
