Pets Love Living at The Waterways of Lake Saint Louis
Many features of our apartment community make us the ideal choice for pet owners. Only the Waterways has so many areas of open green spaces for pets to exercise and play. Human and dog residents appreciate the bag caddies and trash bins we provide as a courtesy. Also, our apartments have mud rooms, which are perfect for taking care of muddy paws and feet aprés walk.
Aside from generous grass areas between all the buildings on the Property, pets also love our Nature Trail. The trail begins in front of the clubhouse, continues past two waterfalls, loops around one of the lakes on the property, passes the tennis courts, and then opens up to connected green spaces throughout the Property.
Some breeds aren’t allowed at The Waterways. Check out more information about pet ownership in our Community, plus a list of aggressive breeds we can’t allow. See this list.
