Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a talented, dependable, and hard-working Maintenance Technician to join our team! Our company is owner-operated, providing exceptional multi-family living experiences.

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the excellent condition and functionality of our apartment homes and business facilities. Duties include completing repairs, performing make-readies, and managing inventory of maintenance supplies.

The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable, well-rounded maintenance professional with strong communication and organizational skills, who excels at problem-solving and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

Repair faulty equipment, appliances, and damaged structures within units.
Maintain and manage heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
Complete repairs and make-ready tasks as needed.
Perform routine quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure proper operation.
Conduct general maintenance tasks throughout the property.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar maintenance role
Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
Physically capable of performing duties and available for on-call/overtime, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. *On-Call is a rotation between team members. Typically 5-7 days per month.
HVAC certification or a certificate in building maintenance technology (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
