The Waterways of Lake Saint Louis is located at 100 Big River Drive, Lake Saint Louis, MO 63367. We are conveniently situated in western St. Charles County near Wentzville, MO, providing a peaceful environment while remaining close to the City of Lake Saint Louis.

We offer a variety of spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes, as well as 4-bedroom rental homes. Each features upscale interior finishes, high ceilings, gourmet kitchens, and a private patio or deck.

Yes! The Waterways of Lake Saint Louis is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to three pets per home, with access to green space, walking trails, and pet-disposal stations.

There is a one-time pet fee of $350 (Non-Refundable) and monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. We allow up to 3 pets per unit.

Our rental homes include an attached two-car garage and driveway parking. For apartments, we offer garages with remote-control access as well as available carports. Our state-of-the-art fitness center is available to all residents at no additional cost.

The Waterways of Lake Saint Louis offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6* to 12 months to accommodate different needs. Rental homes typically have a minimum 12-month lease.

*6-month lease includes a $350 upcharge.

Water, sewer, and dumpster trash services are included in your rent at The Waterways. Residents are responsible for other utilities, such as electricity.
